Giuliani was recognized for her role as a nurse for humanitarian and charitable endeavors, as well as for serving as a prominent voice in promoting the nursing profession.[36] As of 2007, she served as Executive Director of the Campaign for Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Center in New York, seeking to construct the first Level I trauma center below 14th Street in ManhattanJudith Giuliani also acted as the national spokesperson for Women's Heart Advantage, which seeks to raise awareness among women and their doctors about preventing heart-related health conditions.[37] As a spokesperson for Women's Heart Advantage, she promoted the organization as the first hospital-based program focusing on women and heart disease.
